Internet prices are for Sendero shopping cart orders. List prices apply to purchase and phone orders unless otherwise quoted. Products labeled with ATOP mean they are a lower price At Time of Purchase along with another product.
Sendero is authorized as a California Small Business and appropriate California state bidding preferences apply.
A 30-day money-back guarantee applies to Sendero products returned within 30 days of shipping to the customer unless otherwise specified. Accessories or products from other vendors carry their respective manufacturer warranties. Returned products must be in original condition when received by Sendero including the packaging. The refund does not include shipping charges. A 5% restocking fee may be applied.
Technical support and training
Primary technical support should be provided by the dealer who sold you your product. Secondary support comes from the manufacturer. Sendero offers limited toll free tech support on products it has sold directly to a user and it reserves the right to determine how much free support is provided.

Shipping Prices are based on dollar amount spent on products. If items are in stock, they will normally be shipped from Sendero within 2 days. Contact Us or call to check the product status. A product will normally ship from Sendero in California via UPS Ground, 5 to 7 days IN TRANSIT to the East Coast. Choose the Rush shipping option for an additional $15 if you wish to reduce the shipping time to 2 days.
